Canberra Stars in Film

A new Australian film entitled ‘Ground Zero’ has been shot in outback South Australia. The basic story of the film revolves around the A-Bomb tests in that State and their aftermath 25 years later.

Part of the story involves use of the former RAAF Canberra WH700. The old bomber is owned by Langdon Badger and was transported to Goober Pedy where some of the filming took place. After filming the aircraft went to the Barossa Valley where it is now exhibited in a transport museum owned by Kevin Rorlack.
