Special Notice to All Early Newsagency Purchasers of Our Book “Australia’s Military Aircraft”
Aerospace Publications Pty Ltd, publishers of Australia’s Military Aircraft, wish to advise that they have withdrawn all original copies of this book from both newsagency and direct mail sale throughout Australia.
The recall has been undertaken due to the book not being produced to the high standards originally agreed between printer and publisher. Consequently, the first edition of the book is not up to the high standards of production quality that have been a hallmark of this magazine for a decade. The primary problem with the first edition of”Australia’s Military Aircraft” was that the binding was faulty and it was thus liable to break apart after relatively minimal use. Additionally, the wrong paper was used, which consequently had a significant effect upon the overall quality of reproduction of the 427 black and white photos within the 228 page book.
