The Australian Bicentennial Air Show – Good One Oz!

Australia’s Biggest Ever Air Show, Indeed the Aeronautical Climax of Our Bicentennial Year, Went off Without a Hitch at the Richmond Raaf Base During October.

Excellent weather, superb organisation and vast crowds of around a quarter million people all made ABAS the Australian aviation event of modern times. Attracted by the once only status of the event were some 400 companies, more than 100 of which were from overseas and eager to form closer liaisons between themselves and an army of aspiring Australian aerospace exporters.
