JS: Who exactly do you see as a typical EastWest customer and do you see EWA competing at all directly with Ansett itself?

NB: Our customers are the people who dig into their pocket and pay for themselves. Monday to Friday they wear their tie and travel Sydney/Melbourne on Ansell or Australian. Come the weekend or leisure time they become our customer. We also have customers who are first time customers, but basically the thing that draws the commonality between us and our customers is that they pay for themselves.
