The Russians triumph again

The giant presence of the Russian aerospace industry was undoubtedly the highlight of this year’s Paris Air Show.

The bi-annual show, held at historic Le Bourget Airport about fourteen kilometres north of Paris, attracted no fewer than 12 Soviet aircraft, several of which were being shown in the west for the first time.
