Airtex ACE System a Boon To Flight Training
New Training System Is Ace
A revolution in the classroom?
Possibly, but a new system combining proven teaching aids and methods with the latest in high technology audio visual computer wizardry is proving to be an effective method of getting the message across to student pilots of all levels – private, commercial and senior commercial – in the classroom when tackling their theory subjects.
Called ACE (for Aviation Computer Education). the system was developed by a Sydney company called Aviation Dynamics and was first installed in the new Airtex Aviation Academy at Sydney’s Bankstown Airport early this year. It has since been successfully adopted by four other flying training establishments: the Air Training Centre in Brisbane, Skybird Aviation in Melbourne, Duncombe Aviation in Adelaide and Perth’s Aviation Academy of Australia.
