Sea Fury Exported

The local Hawker Sea Fury numbers have been depleted by yet another machine following the sale and export of VH-HFX to the UK firm, the Old Flying Machine Company, at Duxford.

While the UK registration is as yet unknown, it must be a huge disappointment to local enthusiasts that the big fighter did not remain in Australia. The aircraft had been up for sale for some time.
