Bankstown Helicopters Opens Mascot Training Facility

In a recent move, Bankstown Helicopters has opened a training facility at Mascot.

The CFI, Tony Drover said that while recognising that it could take up to 15 minutes on the ground to get a clearance at Mascot, the new facility would cater for those students who had difficulty in getting to Bankstown. In a further move, Bankstown Helicopters has opened its own helicopter theory school to enable it to control the standard of instruction given. As an added bonus it is now able to more closely monitor the progress of its students in ground subjects.
