Boeing rolls out the big twin freighter

Boeing rolled out the 777F on May 21 as soaring fuel prices and a slowing economy force many cargo airlines to re-think their airlift strategies.

The aircraft is capable of carrying 113 tonnes over 4885nm burning 41 per cent less fuel than the 747-200 while carrying only a “few tonnes” less than the freight workhorse.
