The simulated crash of Dangle Airways Flight 110

Sydney Airport staged a major emergency training exercise to test and evaluate its command, control, communication and coordination systems during a multiagency response to an aircraft emergency on November 18.

More than 800 people took part in Exercise Graphite, the largest full-scale exercise to be conducted at Sydney Airport, involving ‘Dangle Airways Flight 110’ – a fictitious Airbus A330 which had just taken off for London with 260 passengers and 10 crew on board.
