Diamonds tour nationally

Hawker Pacific is undertaking a national sales tour of the Diamond DA20 CLS and DA40 XLS aircraft during September and October.

The two aircraft were based at Bankstown until September 17, and will then be displayed at Moorabbin from September 19-21, Essendon on September 22, Port Macquarie on September 29, Gold Coast on September 30, Archerfield from October 1-2, Parafield on October 14 and Jandakot from October 17-19.

The two-seat DA20 features a Continental IO-240-B3B engine driving a two blade fixed pitch propeller and features an optional glass cockpit. The larger four-seat DA40 is powered by a Lycoming IO-360-M1A engine and has a cruising speed of 150kt, giving it a range of 720nm.

Australian Aviation will feature an airtest of the DA40 in our October 2009 issue.
