Harsh realities

The decisions by the ACCC and the US Department of Transport to initially reject Virgin Blue’s application for alliances with Air New Zealand and Delta Airlines are disturbing.

It would appear that both regulators guidelines do not reflect the harsh realities of today’s airline world, although there are also on the surface strange inconsistencies that need further investigation.
