Record US$7.8 billion Bombardier order

The largest business jet order in Bombardier’s history has been placed by executive jet operator VistaJet in a deal worth a potential U$7.8 billion.

The order includes up to 142 Global business jets comprising a firm commitment to 56 aircraft and options for a further 86. Twenty-five Global 5000s and 25 Global 6000s will be delivered from 2014 while the 7,900nm-range Global 8000, which remains in design, will be delivered once production and certification have been completed.
