Singapore Airlines will redesign its cabin products for its next batch of Airbus A380s according to a report in local media.

The report says the airline is currently in the planning and research stages of redesigning new interior layout for the super-jumbo, and that the design will debut on the airline’s 20th A380 which is due to be delivered in 2017.

“We are in the early stages of the process, so there is very little to share at this point, particularly about what may be expected with the new products,” airline spokesman Nicholas Ionides told The Straits Times.

It’s possible the new cabin will follow the lines of the new products which debuted on two Boeing 777-300ERs last year, and which are also planned for the airline’s Airbus A350s from 2016.
