“The Beechcraft King Air is expected to enter service from July 1st at CAE Oxford Aviation Academy’s Melbourne facility and will join a Beechcraft King Air C90GTi that is currently being used for advanced flight training,” Hawker Pacific said.
CAE Oxford Aviation Academy general manager Mike Drinklall said: “We have been very impressed with the performance and reliability of our King Air C90GTi that we have been working quite hard over the past eight months in our high performance aircraft training program that we deliver to our cadets from China Eastern Airlines.”
“The new Beechcraft King Air C90GTx will be based at Moorabbin Airport from July 1st and will be a welcome and much needed addition to our growing business.”
Hawker Pacific vice president aircraft sales Nick Jones said the Beechcraft King Air was “renowned for exceptional performance and comfort”, adding the C90GTx would be an excellent addition to CAE Oxford Aviation Academy’s fleet thanks to its impressive range and payload.
“We are delighted to announce the first Australian order of a Beechcraft King Air C90 GTx to CAE Oxford Aviation Academy,” Jones said.
