In this issue we report the delivery of a 787-9 to Qantas.

787-9 VH-ZNF ‘Boomerang’ which is the sixth of type to be delivered to Qantas arrived Melbourne on August 19 after ferrying in from Paine Field as QF6026. VH-ZNF entered service with Qantas on August 29 when it operated QF634 from Melbourne to Brisbane. VH-ZNF operated its first international service on September 1 as QF9 from Melbourne to Perth and London/Heathrow.
