They are saying a 30% shortage of fully trained Aircraft Engineers by 2025. Any wonder as there is close to none being trained in Australia and the airlines are no longer doing apprenticeships so what do you expect. I’m 70 years old and a fully qualified Aircraft Engineer and I’m still getting job offers to this very day.
