Emirates will increase services between Sydney and Dubai to four times weekly, while flights between Perth and Brisbane will also now depart twice a week.
The new schedule, which comes into effect from 1 August, will allow customers to fly via the hub airport to 63 different destinations in the coming weeks, including London, Madrid, Chicago and Paris.

Technically, Australian citizens, permanent residents and dual citizens are still banned from leaving the country without an exemption, meaning the flights act only as repatriations. All regular Qantas international services are still cancelled.
It follows news that Dubai is now open to tourists, so long as they have COVID-19 insurance and are not travelling from a designated virus hot spot, which includes India, Iran and Los Angeles.
There is also the possibility that those from effected areas can present a negative test result and check-in so they are cleared to fly.
In Dubai Airport, gloves and masks are mandatory for all passengers, while only masks are required to be worn in the air. On arrival, thermal scanners monitor everyone who lands.
Earlier this month, World of Aviation reported that the airline is set to cut as many as 9,000 jobs from its 60,000-strong workforce.
President Sir Tim Clark told the BBC the Middle Eastern carrier was “not as badly off as others”.
Already, at least 700 pilots have been notified of redundancy, bringing total pilot redundancies to 1,200 since the beginning of the pandemic.
NEW ROUTE DETAILS
Sydney: From 1 August, the inbound service EK414 departs Dubai at 2:15am, arriving in Sydney at 10:05pm. From 2 August, the outbound service EK415 departs Sydney at 9:30pm, arriving in Dubai at 6:00am the following day.
Perth: From 1 August, the inbound service EK420 will depart Dubai at 2:45am, arriving in Perth at 5:35pm. From 2 August, the outbound service EK421 will depart Perth at 10:20pm, arriving in Dubai at 5:20am the following day.
Brisbane: From 1 August, the inbound service EK430 will depart Dubai at 2:30am, arriving in Brisbane at 10:20pm. From 2 August, the outbound service EK431 will depart Brisbane at 9:20pm, arriving in Dubai at 5:30am the following day.
