The partnership hopes to enhance awareness of the threat environment among global customers through the delivery of a weekly information package in French, English and Arabic.

The package draws from intelligence data gathered via DroneSec’s ‘Notify’ platform — a UAV threat intelligence database including over 3,000 incidents classified by severity.

As part of the agreement, DroneSec is expected to gain access to new global markets, particularly for the provision of training in the Middle East, Africa and in Europe.

“Our two successive speeches during the last two Global Drone Security Network with partners from Interpol or NATO who are the most advanced on the issue of anti-drone have convinced us that the company headed by Mike Monnik was a considerable added value for our customers,” Lucas Le Bell, CEO and co-founder of CERBAIR, said.

“Because this threat is constantly evolving and particularly in the Middle East and African area, co-operating with DroneSec is absolutely vital for us.”

DroneSec CEO Mike Monnik welcomed the partnership, noting its benefits for the companies.

“CERBAIR is a stand-out model for C-UAS in the fight against the drone threat,” he said.

“Open to test and evaluation, a threat intelligence-driven approach to product development and the education of their customers through real-life scenarios demonstrates their commitment to the cause.

“A partnership with CERBAIR means incident data reaching more customers, more languages and more awareness of the threats that exist today and will be here tomorrow.”
