Charting the locations, and airports, set to benefit from the government’s cheap ticket initiative to resuscitate domestic aviation

The government’s big plan to get us all flying was best described by the headline on The Australian’s front page on 10 March, “Put half your holiday on us”.

The 800,000 half-price airfares will be available from 1 April and are designed to keep planes in the air and bring border-shutting state premiers down to earth.
