‘The biggest change since the advent of the jet engine’
In September, Deputy Prime Minister Michael McCormack unveiled the government’s new masterplan to make Australia a world leader in drones and eVTOL (flying cars, to you and me). On the surface a policy paper, it was essentially a call out to the industry to come together to work out how we can grow and manage this technology as it changes our world in the next 10 years.
Here, Simon Moore, who helped oversee the project, talks more about how departments are planning to manage the drone revolution.
