John Ferrara, who bought the site in 2011, said earlier this year he was retiring and listed everything as one package.
Sitting on 118 hectares of land, the airport includes one paved and one grass runway, as well as a helipad and fuelling stations plus amenities such as a motel, cafe, and hangars.
Here, Ferrara gives Australian Aviation’s Adam Thorn a tour.
