Eurofighters grounded for ejection seat fix

The entire fleet of Eurofighters in service with the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria and Saudi Arabia have been grounded to accommodate a fix to the fighter’s ejection seat.

The grounding follows an accident in Spain in August which resulted in the death of a Saudi pilot whose parachute reportedly separated from his seat after he ejected during a training flight.
