JetGo Australia brings ERJ to resource charter industry

Despite the efforts of many, sub-50 seat regional jets in Australia have not found their place in this country. But newcomer JetGo Australia is confident that its 37-seat Embraer ERJ-135LR will gain a valuable place in the resource charter market.

Director of operations Arron Mulder told Australian Aviation that the plan to launch a new charter operation in Australia had been in the works for about two years. This led to an application for a high-capacity charter air operator’s certificate from CASA, issued on May 4.
