Two of Virgin Australia’s smallest passengers have been reunited following a social media search.
After the airline put out a call on Facebook to find its owner, a young boy named Harry has been given back the teddy bear he accidentally left behind on a Virgin flight to Perth on Monday.

The bear was posed in various locations – including in front of the seats in a Virgin scarf, sitting in a jump seat, perched on the cockpit controls, and looking out the window – in the hopes that its family would recognise it and make contact.
“We’re sure there’s a beary upset little one at home missing their furry friend,” the airline wrote on Facebook.
“If you’ve [flown] into Perth recently and seem to have lost one of your pack while travelling, this cuddly [bear] has been on quite the adventure and is ready for a snuggle with its best friend.”
Less than a day later – and after more than 1,100 comments and 1,600 shares on Facebook – Virgin announced the happy reunion, which took place at Perth Airport on Monday afternoon.
“We’re sure Teddy will be getting lots of snuggles tonight,” Virgin wrote.
