How you fly is what you are

It doesn’t matter if you are a politician, a regulator, a CEO, a chief pilot, a LAME or a pilot – your actions speak louder than your words.

Of course it is important to spend time consulting, listening, motivating and clearly articulating a vision – it’s critical to bring people with you – but if that is not backed up by action and a sense of urgency and drive, then it shouldn’t be a surprise if people around you stop following or look for a better deal.
