Part 61 moves to September 2014

The secret was out around four days before CASA made the formal announcement. The planned December 4 implementation of the new Regs Part 61, 141 and 142 was to be put off until September 1 2014.

The change of date was not unexpected as there were so many questions that were being raised, a lot of which remain unanswered.
