On The Airbands
Fresh back from an exciting trip to the USA Australian Aviation observed airport operations and ATC from close quarters at Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Phoenix, San Francisco and Honolulu Airports in particular, and many other smaller centres in general. The visit may be the subject of a later article, the conclusions of which would almost certainly back up John Smith’s Study Tour of Californian Airports, which was featured in our March 1983 issue.
