Defence and national security professionals had a choice between nine individual and 11 group categories for the unparalleled awards program.
Some of the individual finalists include Emily Booth of the University of Technology Sydney for Best Female Technical Specialist, Nick Draper of Saab Australia for Best Maritime Technical Specialist, and Raymond Huang of KPMG for Best Project Manager.
Group finalists include Auraya for Best ESG Program, JLL for Best Diversity and Inclusion Program or Initiative, and RSL Queensland for Best Veteran Support Program.
Being named a finalist in the prestigious awards program ensures recipients receive national recognition for excellence throughout the year.
The Defence & National Security Workforce Awards 2025 program will culminate in a black-tie/military mess dress gala ceremony on Thursday, 15 May 2025, at Ilumina, Sydney. Click here to buy tickets.
The ceremony will provide attendees the unique opportunity to network and collaborate with industry leaders and peers across the industry.
Finalists were selected using a robust judging criteria that is both quantitative and qualitative, acknowledging growth, business development, diversity, leadership, innovation, business excellence and contributions to Australia’s defence and national security sector.
The judging panel includes former senior ADF and military leaders, academics, business executives, entrepreneurs and innovators to ensure entrants receive peer-reviewed recognition of their capabilities in defence.
Australian Aviation congratulates all of this year’s finalists.
