Mudry Cap 10

A familiar but at the same time new shape of light aircraft will be appearing in Australian skies around about the middle of this year with the arrival ofa pair of French built Mudry CAP 10B two seat, tailwheel, aerobatic training aircraft.

Built of timber, two CAP 108s have been ordered by the Australian Aviation College at Parafield, South-Australia, as part of a package of light aircraft ordered through Aerospatiale Australia (refer p. 5 Nov 89 AA) which includes 10 TB10 Tobagos and six T820 Trinidads, all of which will be used for the training of future airline pilots.

The CAP 108s will give the student pilots aerobatic and ‘unusual attitude’ experience, something regarded by the College as an essential part of any complete flying training programme.
