Victoria- Airspace and Airports Planning Forges Ahead The Port Phillip Region Airport and Airspace Study

The joint CommonwealthNictorian State investigation into air traffic/airport distribution announced in August last year, is now well under way.

The first round of consultation with the many interested parties is complete and the Committee has retired to consider the options before it. The study is indeed not only a highly complex issue, but also somewhat emotionally charged with several factions lobbying to further their interests – and not always objectively.
