Air NZ begins Mount Cook flights

Air New Zealand is trialling seasonal flights between Christchurch, Queenstown and Mount Cook using ATR72 aircraft.

Becoming the 28^th domestic destination, Air New Zealand said the addition of Mount Cook was designed to connect key tourism destinations in the south island and will operate as a trial until January 27.  The 40-minute flight will operate three times a week and has been timed to connect in Christchurch with Air New Zealand’s inbound flight from Tokyo.
