CEA Technologies recently provided Hunter Land with a letter of intent to lease office space within the WAC. With its head office based in Canberra, CEA also has facilities in Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth and Maryland (USA).
Once completed, the Williamtown facility will be utilised by CEA to support development of its aerospace business that includes in-service support to RAAF programs.
Amongst the WAC’s range of proposed features are commercial office space for lease and industrial lots, tow-way access and a variety of infrastructure solutions to meet the needs of individual organisations of any size.
The first stage of the Aerospace Centre will include a Mercure hotel and conference centre, while all land will be fully serviced with the latest Defence-secure IT networks to meet the requirements of aerospace, aviation and related industry companies. Construction of individual lots will begin in mid 2013.
