Qantas has reached a new enterprise bargaining agreement with its international cabin crew.
The airline did not disclose details of the three-and-a-half year deal but said Qantas continues to offer “very competitive pay and employment conditions.”

The deal was signed with the Flight Attendants Association of Australia – International Division, which represents 3,400 customer service managers, customer service supervisors and flight attendants. Qantas said 85 per cent of the union’s members voted in favour of the deal.
“Qantas is a great employer and we continue to offer excellent opportunities, pay and conditions for our employees,” Qantas International CEO Simon Hickey said. “Our cabin crew play a vital safety and customer service role for our passengers during every single flight and we are extremely proud of the work that they do. We have been able to negotiate a good outcome with the FAAA.”
