“We have received an overwhelming response to our events from the general public and business sectors across Australia and we are thrilled to be a part of this wonderful initiative, which aims to share with females of all ages the diverse opportunities available to them throughout aviation fields, with the support of major aviation organizations we can only continue to grow in momentum each year,” Australian Team leader Tammy Augostin said in a statement.
The challenge will take place from March 3 to 9 2014 at nine Australian locations across four states. For more information, see https://www.womenofaviationweek.org/
