The degree is open to Diploma of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering graduates, and can be taken online, on campus in Toowoomba, or in a combination of the modes.
“This program strengthens Aviation Australia’s position in the international market and in particular South East Asia, with the provision of a superior higher education pathway and product,” Andrew Rankin, Aviation Australia’s General Manager Strategy and Business said. “The program is also available to our domestic students who want to move to into management with a university education.”
Graduates will emerge with two qualifications – a Diploma of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Avionics) or a Diploma of Aircraft Maintenance Engineering (Mechanical) issued by Aviation Australia, and a Bachelor of Business (Aircraft Maintenance Management) issued by USQ.
The first program offering commences in July 2014.
