The local chapter of not-for-profit group Women in Aviation International is holding its inaugural Australian conference in Brisbane in October.
The event on October 28-30 features guest speakers such as Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) squadron leader and C-17 Globemaster pilot Samantha Freebairn, Boeing Flight Services senior campus manager Marilyn Andre, acrobatics pilot Paul Bennet and geophysicist Dr Zara Dennis from Monash University.
