Caa Revising Maintenance Legislation Sweeping changes to aircraft maintenance legislation and surveillance have been foreshadowed in a six page circular aircraft operators issued by the Civil Aviation Authority. The changes, to be promulgated in October, are to take effect from 1 January 1991 and are part of an overall program of rationalisation being undertaken on
